By taking advantage of opportunities provided by this ministry, men grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another and see each other equipped, confident, and released to minister effectively in all their life callings. The Men’s Ministry is founded on the belief that men need accountability with other men to help them faithfully live Christ-centered lives.

   Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work:
    If one falls down, his friend can help him up.
    But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!
    Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.
    A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.         (Eccl. 4:9-10, 12)

This ministry provides an opportunity for the men of the church to encourage one another and to develop accountable relationships that will help each man grow into all God has called him to be, resulting in great blessing to his family, friends, co-workers, and community. We accomplish this primarily through a weekly men's Bible study and at least one weekend men's retreat each year.  We currently meet each Friday morning at 6:00 AM at IHOP on North Pointe Drive in Durham.
