In developing ministry for children at Springs of Life, we must ask the question:  “What do we want our children to become as they move toward adulthood? 

Specifically, we aim to impart to our children a God-centered, Christ-exalting, Bible-saturated view of themselves and the world that surrounds them in the hope that they will belong wholly to the Lord, serve Him with all their might, glorifying Him in all that they do, spreading that glory to future generations, and, together with all the saints, that they would enjoy Him forever and ever. 

Our purpose derives from ....

Psalms 78:5 – “Telling to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, And His strength and His wonderful works that He has done.”      

II Timothy 3:15, 16b – “from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings which are able to instruct you for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus…that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”  

We don’t merely want to have “something for the kids,” but we desire to partner with parents to impart sound doctrine, encourage faith, and lead children to actively participate in the purposes of God.
